Ahoy Maties! Come to Cub World and stay at Pease High Seas and you can be a pirate too! Cub World’s most popular theme area features two large sailing ships and the most-inland and highest-elevation working lighthouse in all of Rhode Island.  Our adult pirate captain and youth first mate at High Seas keeps the buccaneer theme running throughout your stay, and will keep you in the swashbuckling spirit!  Cubs and parents sleep in the ships with your own porthole to look out of the hull, either starboard or port side.  And during the day, hoist the sails and join the battle as we throw water balloons from ship to ship. Everyone at High Seas will make their own boat and telescope, essential for sailing the seven seas.  Parents can come ashore to our modern bathroom facilities in the lighthouse. Spend some time with Billy the Bass!  When you are not swabbing the deck at High Seas, you will earn the Weather Belt Loop, just in time to sail the seven seas. When they come ashore to our sandy beach, cubs will also earn the Volleyball Belt Loop.

Just in case you have to walk the plank, cubs will also earn their Swimming Belt Loop at the pool! They will also earn the Archery and BB Belt Loops, hopefully not to fend off marauders!  A select number of Achievements and Electives will be completed. Upon request, cubs can also earn the Fishing Belt Loop, as well as the Fishing, BB, and Swimming Sports Pins. Everyone must have fun at High Seas, or else we’ll make you walk the plank. Argghh!
